Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ptgrowthengine.com (the "Site"), operated by PT Growth Engine, a DBA of DDT Unlimited LLC ("PT Growth Engine," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, including submitting the Free 30-Minute Audit request form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site itself. If you engage PT Growth Engine for marketing or GHL implementation services, that engagement is governed by a separate, signed Service & Engagement Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Who This Site Is For

The Site is intended for business use by physical therapy clinic owners, operators, and other professionals evaluating marketing services. It is not intended for patients seeking medical care or advice, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as medical, legal, or financial advice.

No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Any case studies, figures, or results referenced on the Site — including on our Results page — reflect specific outcomes for specific clients under specific circumstances and are provided for illustration. Marketing results, including search rankings, website traffic, lead volume, opt-in rates, and patient acquisition, are influenced by many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market competitiveness, and a client's own pricing, offer, and lead responsiveness.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of specific results for your clinic. Any services engagement is governed by the specific terms of a signed Service & Engagement Agreement, which contains the applicable performance disclaimers for that engagement.

The Free 30-Minute Audit

The Free 30-Minute Audit is offered at our discretion and is subject to availability. Booking an audit does not create a services engagement or any obligation on either party beyond the audit conversation itself. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or limit audit requests.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the PT Growth Engine name and marks, and the Site's design — is the property of DDT Unlimited LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PT Growth Engine and DDT Unlimited LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within thirty (30) days, submitted to binding arbitration in Denton County, Texas. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas, to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
